Those interested in an enjoyable holiday are offered an opportunity to rent the mountain cottage KOCMID for up to 16 people all year long. Let us briefly introduce it to you.

On the ground floor, there is a porch, a hall, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room equipped with a TV set with satellite television, as well as a CD and DVD player. There is also a single bedroom and an adjoining outbuilding with ping-pong table.
In the stylish, reconstructed attic there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The garden around the cottage is lined by a thick 2.5m high hedge, which ensures sufficient privacy. Available outdoor facilities include a paddling-pool with filtered water, a place for barbecuing with a portable grill, a turf volleyball / badminton court, a swing, a big trampoline, a sand-pit and a hammock. About 40m from the cottage is private pond (500 sq.m.), which you can use for swimming during the summer.

The cottage is accessible by car even in winter from the road passing throught the village of Sedlonov which is approximately 30m from the cottage..

The property is situated in a quiet part of the village, in a beautiful protected landscape area of The Orlicke hory (The Eagle Mountains), approximately 680 m above sea level.

The Orlicke hory (The Eagle Mountains) are very scenic and enjoyed by many tourists discovering this part of north-east Bohemia. The village of Sedlonov is ideal for holidays at any time of a year. Visitors can find beautiful wooded countryside suitable for hiking with marked tourist paths, a lot of well-kept tracks for cross-country skiers as well as a ski lift with lessons for children and beginners, rental service and evening lighting in winter. The cottage is fully equipmented and is especially suitable for families with children. The cottage is available year round and a perfect place for your holiday no matter what the season.
